$99 Prove-It Challenge Terms & Refund Policy

Price and payment

The challenge is $99 upfront as a one-time payment after explicit acceptance, plus any applicable tax disclosed before checkout. There is no automatic subscription, renewal, additional charge or required further purchase.

Included work

• SEO: up to three meaningful SEO improvements, prioritizing issues that could help attract customers.
• Mobile website: one meaningful mobile conversion improvement, such as a clearer call to action, improved contact form or easier customer experience. A complete redesign is not included.
• Customer follow-up: one short follow-up or reactivation campaign in your appropriate existing GoHighLevel account or another suitable existing system. Actual outreach requires appropriate permissions and your approval of the audience, content and timing. If this is not feasible, we propose an equivalent lead-conversion improvement for your approval before substituting it.
• Reporting: saved starting benchmarks, at least one substantive progress update, and a final report showing what was completed, what was verified and any measurable improvements, inquiries or sales supported by reliable records.

The specific work items, access and campaign boundaries are agreed before implementation. Healthy areas are recorded honestly; we do not change them merely to fill a quota. Visible wording and public business-information changes require appropriate approval.

Not included: unlimited marketing, complete website/mobile redesign, ongoing monthly services, advertising management, major development or migrations, large content campaigns, backlink acquisition, or purchased accounts.

Eligibility, access and start

Eligibility requires an editable website, an authorized decision-maker, appropriate access and meaningful work within this scope. An existing Search Console property or 30 days of historical analytics is not required to purchase or participate. We use available, reliable measurements. Missing historical analytics does not automatically disqualify you; unavailable or non-comparable data is identified honestly.

Application or payment alone does not start the 30 days. Before work begins, we confirm essential access, the agreed work, available starting measurements and official start/end dates. Comparison periods are recorded where reliable comparable data exists. Grant account access using secure invitations; never submit passwords through forms.

If essential access or the agreed starting information cannot be established before work starts after payment, cancellation and a full refund, including applicable tax, are available. Missing historical analytics alone does not prevent the challenge from starting. A separate measurement setup or later challenge is optional, not a required purchase.

Measurement and honest reporting

Where reliable historical data is available, the comparison periods are the 30 complete calendar days before the challenge and the 30 calendar days of the challenge, using matching properties, sources, definitions and filters. Without comparable history, we report the reliable challenge-period information available without inventing a baseline or claiming an unsupported increase. Original benchmarks are retained. Later source-data adjustments must be identified and auditable.

When available and reliable, the report may include separate Search Console clicks, impressions, relevant queries/priority pages; GA4 organic activity and existing lead events; qualified inquiries; recorded sales/revenue; and Business Profile interactions. Different sources are not combined into a misleading single figure. Business Profile call-button clicks are not completed calls or sales.

Unavailable or incomparable data is identified, not recorded as zero. Without comparable history, challenge-period outcomes may be shown without claiming a percentage increase. Revenue requires authorized reliable sales records, never estimated lead value. Changes do not by themselves prove our work caused an outcome. Reporting delays, seasonality and other relevant changes are disclosed.

Completion and verification are separate. Work may be fixed and verified, completed awaiting external processing, already healthy, needing more work, or unable to verify. The final report is provided whether results improve, decline or remain unchanged, typically around days 31–33 when data is ready; delays are identified.

Full satisfaction refund policy

If you believe we did not earn your $99 or are dissatisfied for any reason, request a full refund within seven calendar days after receiving your final report. No explanation is required.

The window starts with receipt of the final report—not application, payment or the end of the 30-day work period. The refund covers the full amount originally charged, including applicable tax.

Request a refund using your refund-request link, replying to the report email, or emailing growth@youradsquad.com. A timely request is preserved even if the payment provider is temporarily unavailable. Matt processes refunds manually through Stripe, checks the result, and confirms completion only after verification. Pending or failed refunds are not represented as completed.

A positive satisfaction decision creates no additional charge or subscription. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, customers, sales or revenue. Some SEO effects take longer than 30 days.

Privacy, permissions and acceptance

Challenge contact permission covers that challenge, not unrelated promotions or permission to message your customer list. Campaign outreach requires appropriate permissions and separate customer approval. Client data and reports remain separately controlled. Read the privacy policy.

Customers must explicitly opt into the challenge and accept this exact complete terms version and refund policy before checkout. Acceptance records the version, document fingerprint and time. Revised terms require owner review before live publication or payment collection.
