Information you provide

Your review request and project details may include your name, email, business details, website, optional phone number, service and customer-contact information, additional notes and assets. We use that information to respond to your request, prepare reviews, previews and quotes, and manage your redesign project. Phone and texting are optional. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, identity documents or private information about your customers.

Technical information and cookie choices

Our hosting service handles request information such as IP addresses, page addresses, browser details, timestamps and errors for website delivery, security and troubleshooting. Necessary cookies remember your choices and protect secure sessions. Optional analytics, advertising and automatic embedded tools are off until you choose them. Providers and disclosures

HighLevel, also known through LeadConnector and msgsndr domains, provides our hosted forms and customer records. When you choose to load a form, it processes the information you submit and the technical information needed to operate the form. Our website requests forms with optional form metrics disabled and supplies your cookie choices separately. A separate provider page has its own privacy controls.

With analytics permission, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure website use. Our analytics do not receive form contents or customer contact details; page query strings and fragments are removed from the page information we send. With advertising permission, the OpenAI advertising pixel and supported campaign attribution may process advertising interactions. The website does not count a visit, click or frame message alone as a completed signup. Hosting and configured transactional-email services handle information needed to run the website and verify secure requests. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and prevent misuse.

We record your SMS consent choices and communication history to respect your preferences and handle opt-outs.

Marketing texts are optional and may include mobile review follow-ups, redesign previews, quotes and promotional follow-ups from Your Ad Squad, LLC. Optional customer-care texts may cover callback scheduling, payment and setup assistance, and project communications. Our mobile website review form has separate, optional, unchecked boxes for marketing and non-marketing text consent. Selecting one does not authorize the other. Providing a phone number alone is not consent to text. Consent is not a condition of requesting a review or purchasing a service.

Mobile numbers, consent choices and related communications are stored in our customer and consent records, including HighLevel/LeadConnector records, and handled by authorized staff and the service providers necessary to operate our forms, customer records and communications. Messaging providers and carriers may process the information needed to deliver messages and honor opt-outs. We use these providers to operate our services, not to authorize marketing by another business. The retention and security provisions below also apply to this information.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information, including consent, are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary processing by providers that support our services is distinct from sharing information for another business's marketing.

Communication choices

Cookie permission is not permission for marketing messages. Email and text choices are separate. Use an available unsubscribe option, the consent choices on the form, or Privacy Request or call 517-249-0160 to withdraw communication permission. Changing a phone number does not transfer permission to text or call the new number.

Reviewing and correcting your information

Privacy requests

Use Privacy Request or call 517-249-0160 to request access, a download, correction, deletion, withdrawal or an applicable opt-out, or to ask us to review a privacy decision. We may need to verify identity or authority before sharing or changing records. A received request is not a completed deletion or change. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law. If an exception prevents fulfilling a request, we will explain the decision and any available review process.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide your requested service, respond to requests, maintain necessary business records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Not all information has the same retention period. Our cookie choice lasts up to 180 days, sign-in links last 15 minutes and verified customer sessions last 30 minutes. Privacy-request details are encrypted in private server storage; access is restricted. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and external websites
