Website terms
Last updated August 20, 2026
These terms govern use of the public Your Ad Squad website. A project brief or phone conversation does not create a client relationship, reserve availability, or begin a paid service. Any engagement requires a separate written scope or agreement.
Informational content
Website content is general marketing and educational information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Examples describe possible work and do not promise a particular result.
No outcome guarantee
Search engines, AI systems, directories, advertising platforms, publishers, competitors, and customers make independent decisions. Your Ad Squad does not guarantee rankings, recommendations, placements, traffic, calls, leads, sales, revenue, timing, or coverage.
Accuracy and changes
We aim to keep public information accurate, but services, availability, links, platforms, and content may change. Material scope, pricing, deliverables, access requirements, and acceptance criteria belong in the applicable written agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape protected information, or use the form for spam or unlawful content.
Intellectual property
The website design, original copy, graphics, brand elements, and code are owned by or licensed to Your Ad Squad, LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute them for commercial use without permission.
Third-party links
Links to Local AI Referrals, public profiles, publishers, and other third parties are provided for convenience and diligence. Third-party sites control their own content, availability, security, and policies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided without warranties about uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Contractual obligations for paid work are governed by the applicable written agreement.
